Builder Sales Team of the Year Finalist

Q Tower

Austin Birch

Austin Birch was engaged to launch and sell the 900 suite Q Tower during the worst market Toronto has experienced over last 25 years, averaging $1775 psf when much smaller projects were tanking at less than $1400 psf. We applied our data driven, hands on, and innovative approach, successfully selling over 500 condos while generating over $500,000,000 in revenue, and the momentum continues.

Recognizing the market was dead, Austin Birch focused on educating the brokers while dominating social media. - To help agents and buyers understand the location of Q tower and individual units, the floor plate was painted on the roof of the existing garage with QR codes linked to suite views. Visitors to the site experienced the rare exposures featuring spectacular city and water views. - Understanding interest was low for high priced real estate, we took the sales centre experience on the road, hosting pop up sales events throughout the Toronto area inclusive of our building model, presentation screens, and touch screens to different hotels.

We spent so much time educating and exciting agents that our launch attracted an overcapacity crowd of 1400.

To alleviate pressures caused by multiple rate hikes and financial uncertainty, we created a unique extended deposit structure. Additionally, we offered higher interest rates on deposits, reducing cash flow strains.

Austin Birch proved that working smart, applying consistency, and sheer determination can overcome even the greatest challenges.

Selling a $900,000,000 project with 900 condos is a tall order even in the best of time. We proudly overcome the challenges, doubts, and naysayers to produce what many in the industry have described as a miraculous outcome for our clients.
