Austin Birch has demonstrated tremendous efforts and carefully curated strategies to ensure the success of BLVD Q. Austin Birch supported the Mattamy team pre-launch, offering their expert opinions on several marketing assets, including our brochures and video, as well as creating assets of our own to help support sales, like pricelists and factsheets. In addition, their strong connections in the industry helped us garner attention to the project, from lunch and learns to welcoming over 200 brokers to our launch event in September.
The Austin Birch team was pivotal in helping us develop our sales strategy. Within the first few weeks post-launch and due to market conditions, our absorption was slower than expected . We worked together with the Austin Birch team to come up with our 5-5-5 Incentive. The 5-5-5 incentive helped us push past market difficulties and achieve our construction financing target, sell a total of 135 units (64% of suites), and generate over $95 Million in revenue thus far. Thanks to the 5-5-5 incentive, BLVD Q was also Etobicoke’s #1 selling project this year.
