Clockwork 3 was a standout success in the crowded Fall 2023 market. The third phase of Clockwork introduced a revitalized brand for the community, a move that was met with great enthusiasm by the Milborne team. Their feedback on marketing assets ensured that the brand refresh resonated perfectly with our target audience. The Milborne team's active involvement in creating an attractive pricing strategy at the time of launch, coupled with a launch livestream that was a game-changer in generating excitement in the marketplace, set Clockwork 3 apart. In a market where launches were a daily occurrence and pre-construction options were abundant, Clockwork 3 overcame all challenges. Thanks to Milborne’s extensive market connections and their unwavering commitment, the project achieved an impressive 70% of units sold in just one month. This milestone did not stop Milborne from continuing their efforts, it only fueled them to keep booking sales appointments and promoting Clockwork 3 in the marketplace. Clockwork 3 currently sits at 91% sold (149 units), and $100 Million in revenue. Construction has since started at Clockwork 3, and we look forward to launching Clockwork 4 this fall, once again with the incredible sales team at Milborne.
