Clockwork 3

KNYMH Mattamy Homes

Just like its branding, Clockwork 3’s exterior styling also received a refresh from the previous phases of the community. With the help of KNYMH, Clockwork 3’s exterior seamlessly integrates a harmonious blend of dark tones, light elements, and glass, creating a complementary aesthetic that effortlessly harmonizes with the surrounding greenery. The building’s design allows for suites to have great views of the Clockwork master-planned community, as well as views of the stormwater management pond directly across the road. Select suites also feature LUMON retractable glass balconies, offering homeowners an extension of their interior living space, and allowing them to enjoy their outdoor area throughout the spring and fall.

As part of Mattamy’s commitment to reducing the environmental impact of our communities, the entire Clockwork community will rely on a geothermal system, pulling up the temperature from below the ground’s surface to heat and cool, reducing carbon emissions. Additionally, sustainable materials and building techniques were used to minimize the carbon footprint of the building wherever possible.

In a market where buyers are particularly price-sensitive, it was important for us to provide value at a price point that is appealing to our target audience. Working thoroughly with the KNYMH team to provide highly efficient suites ensured that the end price remained low to meet our purchasers' needs – with suites for sale starting from the $400s – while delivering a quality product. Despite uncertainty in the marketplace, Clockwork 3 proved to be hugely successful, achieving 70% sales in just 4 weeks.
