8 Temple, Curated Properties, Chapi Chapo

The interior design of 8 Temple draws from Chapi Chapo’s timeless design language seen in their luxury hospitality projects such as The Ritz-Carlton in Mexico City. The textural masonry used on the exterior of the building is applied to feature walls in the lobby and is juxtaposed with luxurious materials such as warm wood panelling, lacquered paints, woven wall coverings, and honed travertine stone. Light temperatures in the common areas will be 2700k to deliver a calming atmosphere. Emphasis was placed on curating the rooftop amenity program to foster community and add value to residents. The north and east sides of the floorplate house social spaces such as a professional-grade indoor/outdoor kitchen, dining rooms, a bar lounge, and an indoor/outdoor theatre. The south and west sides of the floor are dedicated to fitness and wellness and feature a full-sized pickleball court, indoor and outdoor gym areas and saunas with lake views. Suite layouts at Temple maximize efficiency and livability. Standard finish palettes feature natural finishes in neutral, warm tones, focusing on creating interiors that will look as current in 10 years as they do on occupancy. 8 Temple introduces the Curated Concierge Closet – the first of its kind in Toronto. The Concierge Closet allows residents to add a second door to their suite from the corridor, opening into a secure space to store sports equipment, strollers or luggage. A smart lock enables secure deliveries to the suite by the concierge without being home.
