Interior Design / Interior Designer of the Year Nominee
Mile & Creek
Figure3 Mattamy Homes
The interior design found throughout the suites and amenities at Mile & Creek showcase finishes that highlight a sense of harmony. The team at Figure3 incorporated wood, metal, glass, and stone throughout the Amenity Pavilion at Mile & Creek. These materials layer well with luxe textiles and create a cohesive feel. Organic shapes and colours are introduced in the wall coverings, artwork, furniture, and decorative lighting fixtures to add depth, dimension, and interest to every amenity space.
Meticulous attention to detail is evident in the suite design, which showcases distinctive features that add a touch of sophistication to each space, such as sleek 30" appliances and high-end cabinetry, and wood laminate flooring. The finishes selected by Figure3 for Mile & Creek enhance the aesthetic appeal of the suites but also underscore its seamless integration with the surrounding environment, fostering a connection to nature that enriches the overall living experience.
As part of Mattamy’s commitment to reducing the environmental impact of our communities, every suite and common area at Mile & Creek is equipped with innovative features for energy efficiency. The condo building will use geothermal technology to allow for heating and cooling to be circulated throughout. This system will pull cold air from the ground in the summer months, and warm air during the winter. Using geothermal heating & cooling, homeowners can expect to live comfortably while passively reducing their household carbon emissions.
