M City’s sixth tower, M6, stands as a beacon of vitality, where life resonates with energy and infinite possibilities. The brand was forged from two defining pillars – architecture and amenities – each reflecting a vision of living that is both visually stunning

and deeply moving. The logo, “the art of movement,” captures this spirit, echoing the building’s contours and highlighting its activity-focused amenities. Symbolizing boundless energy, these graphic lines are woven into every facet of the brand’s marketing collateral. From the brochure’s 'exposed smyth-sewn' binding to the bold use of neon green and silver, every detail is meticulously designed to echo M6’s spirited persona. To spark interest in a slow market, the campaign unfolded in three phases. It began with a teaser, revealing the logo and renderings to ignite curiosity among brokers and buyers. In phase two, we unveiled M6’s full exterior and future designs for M7 and M8, maintaining a macro-to-micro flow of information. Phase three introduced the activity-focused amenities, continuously engaging our audience and building anticipation, ensuring M6's promise resonated with every heartbeat. The campaign ran in local Mississauga publications, billboards, ethnic media, and digital platforms. The brand's style and personality cut through the marketplace and gave prospects the confidence they needed in the project to purchase. RESULTS
