Visually, our campaign conveyed modern sophistication and tranquillity, showcasing the architecture, intentional design, elevated indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, the prime location and its connectivity to the vibrant city life and the escape from the hustle the West Liberty location offers. From the project's inception in July 2023, we strategically utilized Curated's Instagram to tease the brand, showcasing architectural renderings and amenity spaces. Our targeted digital efforts on Meta and Google generated substantial awareness and engagement, transitioning
seamlessly into lead generation as the launch approached. The campaign peaked with a high- profile in-person launch at Grand Bizarre, engaging top realtors and inviting them to experience
our vision firsthand. Leveraging Curated Properties' established Instagram presence further bolstered our outreach within the broker community and end users, underscoring our track record of delivering artfully designed developments in Toronto's premier neighbourhoods.
