EMBLEM, The Brand Factory
Featuring grand-scale modern luxury combined with charming and intimate details, the Design District is a new master-planned community of three soaring, 31-storey towers in downtown Hamilton. The amenity spaces are furnished by Louis Vuitton, adding an unheard-of layer of luxury. To appeal to investors and young professionals who appreciate art and design, we created a vibrant marketing campaign. The strategy aimed to create awareness and incite our target to buy a suite before the community sold out. The creative concept stems from the idea of a city on the rise, with modern buildings complementing the treasured old buildings. An incredible CGI TV spot and other marketing collateral feature this visual idea, emphasizing the transformative landmark The Design District promises to be. Barely recognizable shapes are cloaked in greyness. Then, amid a thrilling electro-beat soundtrack, the daylight brings a transformation. The new community and other future buildings break through the darkness that covers them, in a rainbow of colours. As well, for our community brochure, we designed a set of four slim, complementary brochures to shine a light on the Design, the Neighbourhood, the Builder, and the Building. Being four parts of a whole, they work together to appeal to homebuyers looking for exceptional design in a condominium community. The marketing collateral offers a cohesive narrative, showcasing the community as an integral part of the vibrant new downtown Hamilton. The unique visuals and associated collateral set this campaign apart, driving demand and sales for Emblem's new offering.
