APT created an advertising campaign that introduced Mile & Creek to the public, beautifully painting a picture of life in Milton. The strategy was to create a campaign that tapped into our target’s needs – connection, amenity, community & inclusivity. Using the brand’s distinct colour palette and unique, brand-owned design elements, we created a series of social and digital ads that told a layered story of Mile & Creek, tapping into trends to ensure we catered to our target markets. Our in-house video and photography approach ensured that every piece of content was a genuine reflection of the Milton area, fostering a sense of connection and authenticity with our target audience. Each ad was infused with animation or video assets, adding a dynamic element to our ad sets. To create a cohesive look and feel, we ensured that any animated pieces kept the same collage-like design. We experimented with a variety of ad formats, from carousels to GIFs, and consistently updated our graphics and content based on insights from our media partners. This approach kept our creative output fresh, engaging, and on target. Our CRM campaign followed a similar pattern, with a series of EDMs sent out to provide key information on information and insights on the area, amenities, and more. The campaign was meticulously crafted with Apt Agency. By collaborating on our marketing strategy and leveraging our extensive broker database, we successfully generated a high number of impressions, including nearly 1.8 million impressions, 1,500 leads, and over 28,000 email opens.
