Devron embarked on a comprehensive communications campaign to promote 101 Spadina, by raising awareness for the project during its preconstruction phase and highlighting its unique features. Devron’s goal was to reshape the perception of Toronto condo living by shedding light on gaps in the industry and emphasizing its reputation as a builder.
The campaign kicked off with several fireside chats held for registrants and top brokers. These events helped educate the community on 101 Spadina, its unique design and features, told from the developer, architect, and lead broker. Afterward, a pulse survey was launched to gauge the state of condo living in Toronto, and the need for change. The results of the survey were shared with media and helped position Devron president, Pouyan Safapour, as an industry leader and subject matter expert. Following the launch, Devron hosted “Toronto Where Are We Going?”, an event featuring CIBC Chief Economist Benjamin Tal, Zonda Chief Economist Ali Wolf and Pouyan Safapour, which educated Torontonians on Toronto’s current economic outlook, and future of its real estate market. Ahead of sales, Devron also hosted an exclusive influencer event to further build credibility and trust amongst an exclusive list of influencers Navigating shrinking newsrooms and a challenging market required creativity to tell the 101 Spadina story effectively. Despite these challenges, the campaign was executed successfully, solidifying Devron’s brand presence, achieving and surpassing its campaign goals, and driving measurable results.
