The Norm Li team successfully drew from our branding and infused it directly into the rendering programming for Mile & Creek 3, perfectly embodying a visual narrative of it being the final phase of the master-planned condo community. The renderings illustrates the soft, neutral, yet modern colour palette on the exterior of the building; the concrete finishes soak up the light to soften the glow of the exterior. The sun's low angle to the southwest emphasizes the dramatic feature arches surrounding the 8-storey tower, and the balcony podiums add depth and dimension to the image. Moreover, the carefully chosen perspective of the renderings highlight the residential building and clearly demonstrates the proximity between the residential tower and the adjacent outdoor amenity space and the multi-use path and natural heritage site directly adjacent to phase 3 of Mile & Creek. Pops of muted pinks and orange perfectly align with the brand colours and tone. The composition in the rendering was crafted to capture the tranquil atmosphere of the early evening, utilizing the abundant natural light that illuminates the Mile & Creek units. The sun at golden hour highlights the spaciousness of the units while also harmonizing with the surrounding natural environment. The use of "God rays" peeking through the trees and canopy frame the scene offered viewers a glimpse of the lush foliage surrounding the site, enhancing the sense of immersion in nature.
