A distinctively designed modern residence at 5251 Dundas St. W., Kipling Station Condos by Centrecourt rises 50 storeys above downtown Etobicoke. On the doorstep of the Kipling Station Transit Hub, this appealing condominium connects you to the entire GTA – a premier benefit that helped shape the concept of our video. We strategized this highly creative and visually fun marketing piece to tie in with the branding, which was based on the premier connectivity of the location. Inspired by the slick movement and design of the 1982 movie classic, Tron, the video has a retro game feel where the viewer takes a virtual reality-like trip along the transit lines of the Kipling Hub. In sync with the other pieces of our marketing collateral, the lines denoting the connectivity of the Kipling Hub flow through the video in four different colours. Each colour represents a different transit line: TTC, MiWay, Go, and Pearson Express. The trip takes you through various subway stations, depicted through animated line drawings, with the sound effect of TTC announcements. Go trains, subway trains, buses, and planes taking off at Pearson Airport keep the movement fresh and exciting. The trip terminates at Kipling Station Condos, enveloped in all the four colours to show how convenient it is for getting around. With its bright colours, non-stop movement, and light dance beat soundtrack, the video accurately reflects the brand, which is easy going, friendly and upbeat.
