The concept behind the video was to show what life is like at BLVD.Q. The essential messaging included our unique value propositions – connectivity, a vibrant neighbourhood, and a sophisticated midrise condominium with amenities in a great location. We showed amenity animations and suite images and used innovative elements, such as architectural flythroughs and quick cuts. The most creative part was the use of photography as the vehicle for the video. Our lead talent started by placing photos of things on a wall that would come later in the piece. The video, brought to life by Gladstone Media, showcased BLVD Q, capturing not only its architectural beauty but also highlighting the surrounding greenspace and the community's overall vision. Our renderer, Norm Li, expertly crafted a captivating blend of still and moving imagery. Gladstone prioritized the creation of shorter versions of the video, optimized for different platforms, while considering the importance of retargeting ads during the conceptualization phase. The video was extensively released and helped to further drive excitement for this community to our audiences. The video continues to be a centrepiece of this campaign and lives on screens throughout our sales office for purchasers and brokers alike to enjoy and get a better feel for the community. This video was successful in creating excitement in the market for BLVD Q and generated over 1 million impressions across all platforms, boosting registration numbers to almost 2000 people and helping us achieve over 60% of units sold.
