When making our video for Mile & Creek, we wanted to ensure it really helped paint a picture of what life was like in one of Milton’s newest master planned condo- communities. Mile & Creek is like a collage of a modern buyer’s wants and needs – a medley of all the things that matter most. Using mixed media, APT developed a long- format video that helped bring this sentiment to life, allowing us to seamlessly inject brand colours, fonts, and design elements while telling the Mile & Creek story. To help enhance the video’s value, APT captured brand-owned footage and photography. They hired actors, story boarded our scenes, and spent three days in Milton and the surrounding areas capturing footage and imagery. This authentic edge made for a video that has real impact, inspiring those who view it. To help this video contribute to a cohesive narrative, APT used our branded layered design treatment, with nature imagery placed neatly beneath renders and original photography and videography, all shot on location. Our renderer, Norm Li, expertly crafted a captivating blend of still and moving imagery, allowing us to effectively allocate our budget and maximize its impact. Additionally, we prioritized the creation of shorter versions of the video, to reach a wider audience as an engaging ad on social media platforms. Our video helped us sell 84% of the community across 5 buildings, and garner nearly 3,000 web registrants.
