The concept of Clockwork 3’s video aimed to vividly portray the dynamic rhythm of life at Clockwork 3 and Upper Joshua Creek in Oakville. The team at APT had the brilliant idea of using a film reel animation style, which enabled us to capture numerous locations and activities simultaneously while pairing pivotal moments with a strong copy to continue our narrative. Our selection of shooting locations was meticulously curated to align with the preferences of our target demographics. The video introduced Clockwork 3, capturing not only its architectural beauty through the photorealistic renderings from ADHOC, but also through our talent that reflects our target market’s demographic. Additionally, we prioritized the creation of shorter versions of the video that could captivate our audience in a short amount of time while optimizing the delivery of our video across different platforms where our target market spends the most time. APT spent two days in Oakville, capturing all the content and using the same talent throughout to tell a cohesive story in the video. Using only original footage ensured that we would get the exact shots we needed to properly convey our message, which was necessary to bring our video and community to life. The video lived in e-blasts, on broker portals and in our sales office, ensuring that as many eyes as possible could view it. This video successfully created excitement in the market for Clockwork, helping us reach sales targets of 70% and 80% in 4 and 6 weeks, respectively.
