A 360° Immersive Experience The main purpose of ALLURE's Grand Opening event was to create an unprecedented experience and align the awe-inspiring event with the feeling of living at ALLURE. The launch featured a full day of industry-defining events with curated experiences, attended by a total of 1,600 brokers, business leaders, creators, and other industry professionals. Guests enjoyed a breathtaking immersive visual experience at the 11,000 sq. ft. Lighthouse ArtSpace venue. They were greeted by a Rolls-Royce Cullinan and Rolls-Royce Phantom, referencing the building's exclusive chauffeur service, as a live DJ set the ambiance. The venue's proximity to the project, just five minutes away, allowed guests to experience ALLURE's neighborhood and its unparalleled amenities. An immersive 360° visual show produced by Norm Li played on four 40 ft. high walls, accompanied by sound effects. The show featured 61 million pixels, 1,800 rendered frames, and 3 TB of data. The visuals included custom video sequences of animated renderings, a 24-hour timelapse of downtown Toronto, closeups of Rolls Royce, high-fashion shows, and famous DJ sets. The space also featured an EMBLEM-branded infinity room, perfect for guests to capture special moments. VIP guest architect Mansoor Kazerouni from Arcadis IBI Group shared his vision for the project. While our industry is doing an incredible job of creating killer events, our goal was to provide a whole new level of 360° sensory immersion, transporting guests to the world's best experiences. The event exceeded objectives, surpassing worksheet submissions within 24 hours, and generating 300K social reach in just two days.
