The goal of the event was to celebrate Mattamy’s accomplishments of 2023 with

the broker community and launch Phase 3 of the Mile & Creek Community.

The collaborative effort between Milborne Group, Mattamy Homes and NKPR was

a winning combination. The event was held at Patria in Toronto’s Core, where

food & drinks were also served. The space was outfitted with various small but

thoughtful details that helped tie in the Mattamy brand, including specialty drinks

sugar-coated with the Mattamy logo, live flowers surrounding a Mattamy blue

banner, and a Mattamy blue runway with a 360 photo booth to greet brokers.

Over 120 brokers were in attendance to listen to both Mattamy and Milborne

representatives. The energy within their presentations was felt throughout the

space and generated more hype for the community. The event also featured an

award ceremony celebrating the accomplishments of top-performing brokers,

which helped motivate those in the room to push harder into the year ahead and

strengthen their relationship with Mattamy.

Thanks in part to the well-received launch event and the continuous support of

the sales team at Milborne, Mile & Creek 3 is nearly 60% sold and has broken

ground in mid-July.
