Everyone who works in precon is eligible to be a judge in the long list round. A google form link will be provided to apply. We encourage all of you to participate. Based on your role in the preconstruction industry, you will be granted permission to vote in one or more categories. Every judge gets one vote per category they are eligible to vote in. For the vote to count, judges must state why they voted for the project they chose. The voting results including comments will be published with the top 3 submissions moving on to the short list round.

The winner in each category will be chosen by a 3 member committee made up of eligible judges not representing any of the finalists.

Applying organizations can submit up to 3 entries per category.

Duplicate applications from different organizations for the same project will be considlated into one submission. Please co ordinate with your industry partners to avoid duplication of entries.

Applications should include the following:

• A brief write up on the project (250 words max.)
• A supporting descriptive video (90s max., 1080p)
• Still or video imagery of the project (10 items max., stills resized to 1080 max height, video to 1080p.)
• A listing of all participating organizations and their logos in vector format.
