Judges Notes:
Ultimately, we were looking for a project that presented a strong architectural statement and which would provide a significant addition to Toronto's skyline.
In addition to this, we believe that the winning project provides a well-located mix of mixed-use programming within an ambitious design that is reflective of contemporary skyscraper design.
