Centrecourt continued to be very active, driving awareness through innovative launch strategies, well-attended events, social media, and pre-construction seminars and workshops.
Their "grind" and their ability to engage a new group of agents led to success in a slow market, by educating and inspiring the broker community with not only fresh ideas but mentorship.
Their strategies led to 70% of units sold at Kipling Station in just two months, and Pickering City Centre was extremely successful, currently at 95% sold.
